Warhammer World

So this may not be of interest to many of you, as you're not all hardcore nerds like me but this weekend, my boyfriend and I, along with some friends, went to Warhammer World in Nottingham to play in the Battle Brothers tournament.

I had previously been to Warhammer World earlier this year but as I am new to the hobby, I didnt play and instead went along to learn more, watch the games and meet new people.
Here is my boyfriend and I by a Rhino in April this year..

 For those of you who dont know, Warhammer is a table-top war game that involves rolling dice and moving around a board, and thats the most simple way that I can explain it haha. It is a lot more complicated than that but I dont want to bore you with tactics and the rules. 
There are 2 types of Warhammer: 40k (space related) and Fantasy (speaks for itself). Although we play both types, this tournament was a Fantasy one and we took an Empire army. It was so much fun and we won all 5 of our games (we did take a rather dirty army haha). We met some amazing people and really enjoyed out weekend. It was my first time actually playing at a tournament but everyone was so lovely and understanding :)

My boyfriend works as a commission painter full time so our army is very well painted and looks amazing on the table top. Get To Know Me..

So I am very new to this and spent forever trying to decide what my first blog post should be about. I wanted something to grab your attention and that wouldn't be too hard to start with.. I'm not sure whether talking about myself will be that interesting to any of you haha but bare with me and I promise that the blogs will get better :')

Do you have any siblings? 
Yes, I have one brother called Oliver. He is 3 years old.. Here's a picture :) 

How old are you? I'm 20 and my birthday is on the 7th of September :)

5ft 5" (I think haha)

I'm an English size 8/10 
Do you have any pets? 
I have a hamster called Orion because he truly believes that he is way bigger than he actually is and I also have a rabbit called Luther, who is a giant menace but I love him. 
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? I enjoy baking a lot and would love to start my own business. I also like playing Warhammer and being a big nerd with my boyfriend Stefan. Here we are at Warhammer World, Nottingham earlier this year. 

What do you do? 
I currently work in a Safari Park running the amusement rides. Everyone thinks that it is an exciting job and that I must love every second but actually, I cant think of anything worse haha. I would like to get out very soon and be able to start my own business. 
What did you take for your GCSE'S
I took History, French, Geography and Sociology. 
Do you make good grades? 
They were okay. I got 4 A's, 5 B's and 3 C's. Do you want to get married later on in life? 
Of course I do but I'm not ready yet. I want to be able to be comfortable in myself first and Im not quite there haha. 

Beauty/Shopping... 

Heels or flats? 
Flats, every time haha. I live in either Converse or boots.  
Where do you buy most of your clothes from? 
Usually Primark or New Look but if I have the money to spend I often like things from Next and Joe Browns. 
What was your first makeup item? 
My first makeup item, I think, was a Natural Collection lipgloss because thats all I could afford at the time. 
What are you into the most, if you HAD to choose one..Jewellery, Makeup, Shoes, Clothes? 
Clothes! I couldn't walk around naked haha.  
Whats your worst shopping habit? 
Buying things online because I'm lazy and then them not fitting or looking anything like they did online.

How do you take care of your hair? 
I'm really awful with my hair actually. Up until I started to dye it, it was in really beautiful condition but then I realised that I could change the colour as many times as I wanted, and thats what I did. I wish that I could go back to how my hair was before.
Whats the colour of your natural hair & highlights?
This is my natural hair colour..
